SIMPLE IRA

A savings incentive match plan for employees IRA is an IRA that works as a plan sponsored by an employer. It is especially for employees in business with fewer than a hundred employees. It works in ways similar to a 401(k) plan in that money for the IRA is taken from one’s income before taxation. Employers must also match contributions at rates of up to three percent.
