Price earnings to growth ratio - PEG

The Price earnings to growth ratio (PEG) measures the relationship between the price of a stock, the earnings per share, and expected company growth. The higher the ratio the more expensive a stock is, the lower the ratio the lower the price at which a share of stock can be acquired.
