Pension

Pension is received by a person who has retired and is no longer going to be able to get a steady employment income stream. With a pension, money is moved into a pension fund with all taxes deferred so that they are not taxed until the money is taken out. This works as a standard type of income that one can get after retiring. Many types of retirement plans and disability pension plans are popular examples of this.
