EBITDA

EBITDA or Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization is an indicator of a company’s profitability which can be calculated as follows:

EBITDA = Operating Revenue – Operating Expenses + Other Revenue.

It is important to note that the earnings before interest, taxes depreciation and amortization is a non-GAAP indicator.
